Welcome to Rab, the island of sun, sea and silence, olive trees, fig trees, grapevines… The Grgurić family is also located there, in the small town of Palit, not far from the city center. The old town core is 1250 meters away. The first larger shop is 50 meters away, and the first restaurants are 500 meters away. The nearest beach is the city beach Škver at a distance of 850 meters, from where you can take taxi boats to Frkanj – a peninsula with countless small beaches where you can find a secluded spot in the shade of a pine forest.

The house also has a gazebo with a barbecue where we regularly gather and socialize with our guests over a glass of local wine and spirits. Guests have access to a spacious parking lot (10 parking spaces). The apartments are newly renovated and contain all the amenities of the modern era (fast internet, TV, hair dryers, cookers, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.). For a pleasant stay during the hot summer, the apartments are equipped with air conditioning (included in the price), and on the terraces with canopies for shade.
